Consultation

An online consultation is required prior to scheduling individual sessions with Dr. Artina Ray. A consultation is required to learn more about your goals, services which would best serve your needs, and to answer questions you may have related to W-Holistic Health Practitioner services.

Because Dr. Artina Ray offers services at three capacities, it is important that you are provided with the most detailed and accurate information related to state and Federal Laws, Standards of Practice, Confidentiality Laws, your rights as a consumer, and the Code of Ethics associated with each professional role.

The three primary roles are as follows:

1. W-Holistic Health General Practitioner
2. Pastoral Counselor / Director
3. Substance Use Counselor

You may click on any of the links above to read the policies related to each professional role. Please note that Biofeedback is contained as a service within each professional role. Biofeedback is payable my many health insurance companies depending on your health condition. Dr. Artina Ray will work in collaboration with your care team members (i.e. medical and mental health care providers) to support treatment plan recommendations as well as your ability to take an active role in your wellness goals.

HeartMath Biofeedback

* A consultation is not required for Biofeedback services such as the 4-week HeartMath Biofeedback training program. These training sessions can be completed remotely or in-person depending on your location. Dr. Artina Ray will travel up to 30 miles from the Metro Denver area to train with you in the privacy of your home or in your safe space. Conditions apply including identification verification and having an established working relationship or contract for services.
